The story of Gumpearl
Founder Sepide Hajitaheri, with 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, dreamed of a product that was not only good for teeth, but also for the environment.
From that dream was born the idea of toothpaste tablets that could eliminate plastic tubes and contribute to a sustainable future. But in her commitment to the environment and the impact of everyday consumption on our oceans, she lacked a green alternative to the toothpaste tube.

"For many years, I missed natural toothpaste products that were plastic-free, vegan and not tested on animals. In an industry that too often ignores sustainable and ethical alternatives, I realized that the demand for sustainable and vegan dental care was great, but that was met by the market That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands.

The development process
The journey began with careful research and development. Sepide produced prototypes and tested them thoroughly, always with their high standards in mind. She made sure that every ingredient was natural, vegan and cruelty-free, and that every tablet was free of harmful chemicals and plastics.
Collaboration and feedback
To ensure that the products met all requirements, Sepide involved his family, several of whom are dentists, as well as other professional dentists around Sweden. They provided valuable feedback and helped refine the products further. It was important to Sepide that the products would not only be durable, but also effective and safe for users.
Production and design
Once the products were ready, work continued to create a packaging design that would be both attractive and environmentally friendly. Here, the collaboration with Swedish dentists and design experts played a big role. Every detail, from product names to packaging materials, was carefully chosen to reflect Gumpearl's commitment to quality and sustainability.

The journey took off when Seppide presented Gumpearl in Draknästet , where Gumpeal won the trust of investors and began a fantastic growth journey. With their support and our strong team, we have continued to develop and refine our products, always with sustainability, quality and innovation in focus.
